Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is designed to help you find your voice, strengthen your practice, and graduate with everything you need to teach confidently (and authentically).

Tuition + Enrollment Details

Tuition for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is $3,200 with a $600 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot.

A 4-installment payment plan is available after your deposit, with payments of $650 each.

Comprehensive Training Materials

You’ll receive a professionally printed training manual and access to an online resource library to support your studies and practice. We’ll also provide one required reading book to jumpstart your learning journey and set the tone for your time in training.

Mentorship + Support

From start to finish, you’ll have ongoing guidance from our lead trainers and the support of a tight-knit community of fellow trainees (yes, there will be team lunches). After graduation, you’ll continue to be part of the Cut + Flow community with opportunities to teach community classes, receive mentorship, and pursue advanced trainings.

Membership + Practice

Throughout the program, you’ll enjoy an Unlimited Yoga Membership (a $800 value), giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the practice. You’ll also receive complimentary entry to a Sound Bath or Breathwork Workshop during training (a $60 value).

In addition, you’ll have opportunities to shadow experienced instructors in live classes, observing teaching styles and real-time adjustments. Each week, you’ll refine your own teaching voice and cueing through guided practice sessions designed to build confidence and flow.

You’ll complete a mini photoshoot featuring professional headshots and teaching poses, giving you polished, authentic images to use in your teaching journey. You’ll also receive a business-ready graduate packet that includes a sample class plan, written bio, sample playlist, resume and cover letter templates, and personalized audition tips with interview coaching. Everything you need to confidently step into teaching, all in one place.

Jeni is a long-time fitness professional and educator with certifications in Kids Yoga, Art of Assisting, and numerous continuing education programs. As Director of Yoga, she guides the vision for yoga programming at Cut + Flow and leads the development of future instructors through thoughtful mentorship and training.

Mackenzie Banta

Founder and CEO of Cut + Flow Studio | Master SRT Instructor | 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)

Mackenzie is the founder of Cut + Flow Studio and a lifelong fitness professional. Her leadership combines strength training, yoga philosophy, and business mentorship, helping trainees develop not only their teaching skills but their confidence and presence as leaders in the wellness space.

Cameron brings expertise in arm balances and inversions, helping trainees develop strength, confidence, and technical understanding in advanced postures. Olivia guides trainees through the deeper roots of yoga philosophy, helping connect traditional teachings with modern practice. Her sessions explore foundational texts, ethical principles, and the broader purpose of yoga beyond the physical practice. Trainees learn how philosophy can shape both their teaching approach and personal practice.

500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) | Specializing in Arm Balances + Inversions

Stacy Seresun

E-RYT® 500 | YACEP | Certified in Myofascial Release, Yin Yoga, and Kids Yoga

Stacy brings a therapeutic perspective to the training through her work with myofascial release, yin yoga, and restorative practices. Her sessions explore how fascia, recovery, and slower modalities support mobility, nervous system regulation, and long-term sustainability in movement.

Suzanne Hite

E-RYT 500 | Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider | Physical Therapist Assistant

Suzanne leads 15 hours of holistic anatomy and physiology training, helping trainees understand how the body functions within yoga practice. Drawing from her experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she breaks down complex anatomy into clear, practical concepts that relate directly to movement and yoga postures. Her sessions combine presentation, reading materials, and embodied learning to help trainees understand muscles, joints, and yoga’s therapeutic role in supporting safe, sustainable practice.
