XFormer
XFormer Full Body - 50 MINUTES
XFormer classes use the latest advancements in research to create a revolutionary workout using the XFormer spring-resistance machine. The workout focuses on high intensity, slow resistance training to maximize results with zero harsh impact on the joints. Each class is programmed to ensure proper form and muscle recruitment to reach controlled muscle fatigue. The result is a full-body workout that focuses on building core strength and muscular endurance so your body can function at its highest level.

Intro to XFormer classes are the same as the XFormer Full Body classes with more time spent on the primary exercises, slower transitions, and proper muscle recruitment. These classes are great for those new to the XFormer, maintaining the challenge and benefits of the workout, but with increased attentiveness to form foundations and safety.

BEGINNER YOGA - 60 minutes
Beginner Vinyasa Yoga offers a welcoming space to learn safe alignment and explore foundational standing and seated poses. This class introduces Sun Salutations and breaks down the Vinyasa sequence step by step, helping you build confidence in transitions and flow. With room to ask questions and move at a slower pace, this environment is ideal for those new to yoga, returning after an injury, or revisiting the basics to rebuild a strong foundation.

In this class, you will use specialized tools like MFR balls, to massage and release the tough connective tissues (myofascia) that support and surround your muscles. This practice not only enhances movement and posture but also helps down-regulate an over-stimulated nervous system, promoting relaxation and stress relief. Yin Yoga - 60-75 minutes
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with stretching postures that are held with supportive props for anywhere from one to five minutes. These long holds allow you to focus on stretching and stimulating the tendons, fascia, and ligaments of the body in a safe way. This class takes a meditative approach with the goal to bring awareness to the mind and body connection. This practice is the partner practice to other forms of yoga and other forms of physical exercise. Yin is accessible to people of all levels of experience and physical ability.
