Pilates-Inspired Strength on the XFormer:

Mat Pilates

Our XFormer classes use the latest advancements in research to create a revolutionary workout using the XFormer fitness machine. The workout focuses on high intensity, slow resistance training to maximize results with zero harsh impact on the joints. Each class is programmed to ensure proper form and muscle recruitment. The result is a full body workout that focuses on core strength so your body can function at its highest level.
Our Mat Pilates classes are a Pilates-inspired, full-body workout designed to build strength, stability, and control through slow, intentional movement. You’ll move through controlled sequences and strength-focused intervals that target your muscles while improving posture, mobility, and muscular endurance. With the use of light props, like weights and Pilates balls, Mat Pilates delivers a low-impact, high-intention burn that leaves you feeling strong, and connected.
In our yoga classes we use the yoga asanas, or physical postures, to create length and space in our muscles and connective tissues while we explore other principles of yoga like breath and meditation to calm the nervous system and de-stress. You can expect to be challenged in our yoga classes while you strengthen your muscles while improving balance and posture.
