Waitlist 101

Curious how class waitlists work? We got you!

You can sign up for a class waitlist if the class is full by making your reservation for the waitlist in the Cut + Flow Studio app or online. Once you make your waitlist reservation, you’ll be able to see where you are in line. There is a maximum of 7 allowed for each class waitlist.

If you get off the waitlist 2 hours or more before the class start time, you will receive an email (and a text message soon!) that you made it off of the waitlist and be automatically added to class. Please note that all applicable late cancellation and no-show policies apply once you are added to class. If it is less than 2 hours before the start of class, you will not be automatically added to class. One of our Client Experience Coordinators will reach out to each person on the waitlist to offer the available spot.

Please note if you make multiple waitlist reservations and get added into more than 1 class, applicable late cancellation and no-show policies apply.

Tips and tricks:
- Make your class reservations as far in advance as possible
- Check your waitlist status the night before your waitlist class reservations
- If you can’t make a class that you’re waitlisted for, there’s no penalty to remove yourself from the waitlist
- Check the schedule for day-of availability - you might just find an open spot in the perfect class!
