Cancellation Policy
Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class starts without penalty. If you cancel within 12 hours before class starts, you will lose the class or incur a late cancel fee. If you have an unlimited membership and you late cancel or no-show for class, you will be charged the following fees: $15 for late cancel; $25 for no-show. Unlimited members and introductory members: if this is your first late cancellation in the calendar month, it will be automatically waived. If you have a limited membership and cancel or change your reservation within 12 hours before class starts, you will lose the class session and no other charges apply. If you book with a class credit or a credit from a class package and cancel or change your reservation within 12 hours before class starts, you will lose the class session and no other charges apply.
You will not be permitted into any class if more than 5 minutes late and will result in a no-show penalty.
